Vŕtací systém RODIACUT 400 / RODIADRILL 500
The drilling system, consisting of the RODIA PRO RIG drill stand and the RODIADRILL drill motor, is ideal for performing freehand or stationary core drilling in (reinforced) concrete and masonry.
- Stationary wet drilling up to 400 mm in diameter (with optional distance plate, up to 500 mm in diameter)
- Stationary dry drilling up to Ø 400 mm (with optional distance plate, up to Ø 500 mm)
- Drill motor mount with standard hole pattern, direct mounting on the feed unit and therefore removable
- Clamping collar included in delivery, for motor mounting without screws
- 4 adjustment screws for quick and precise alignment of the drill stand, adapts to the surface
- Lightweight aluminum construction allows for standalone use of the drilling system, thanks to the modular design consisting of a drill stand and motor with feed unit
- The integrated steel rack increases service life, reduces downtime, and leads to lower maintenance costs and reduced downtime
- Operator side, tool-free changeover, adjustable handle specifically for tight corner drilling
- Includes transport wheels and a carrying handle for convenient transport on the job site and up and down stairs

The RODIA PRO RIG / RODIADRILL diamond drill system enables stationary drilling from 32 to 500 mm. A vertical and a horizontal spirit level with leveling mechanisms ensure quick, precise, and tool-free alignment of the drill stand. The lightweight aluminum construction allows for single-operator use of the drilling system.
